5K Race

The 5K event kicks off the festival at 9:00 am and takes runners/walkers through the scenic roads of our beautiful town. As runners cruise down Main Street towards the finish line they’ll get a first-hand look at the festivities to come.

Kids, join the Cracker Queen in your princess or prince costume for a procession into the festival!
Live Music

Every year the Cracker Festival features amazing area musicians. We’re excited to announce that the 2025 lineup includes THE FOOLS, plus the return of Mr. Strickland, The Tribe, Fred Ellsworth, and the Westminster Elementary School Band!
Family Area

Many child-centered activities are available, including face painting, a large sandbox with sand toys, a bounce house as well as other games suitable for young children.

Every year the festival is the third Saturday in October.

Festival Day 2025 will be our 10th anniversary! Join us on Saturday, October 18th, 10AM - 5PM.
There is no rain date, the festival goes on rain or shine.

There are several, free parking areas available, including handicap parking. Please look for parking signs as you enter town.
There is also a free shuttle that visits each parking area and brings attendees to the Square. Keep an eye out for shuttle signs, too!
Yes, there are bathrooms! There are porta-potties (including handicap accessible) and hand washing stations on the Festival grounds.
Yes! Be sure to check out the all the children’s activities at the Festival.
Yes! The Cracker Festival is ADA compliant.
